Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day global operations of the contingent workforce program, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
- reputed company vendor relationships, managing the end-to-end process of requisition, selection, and reputed company of contingent workers
- Be responsible for the global MSP and Contingent Workforce landscape, with specific experience in one or more reputed company (EMEA, reputed company, LATAM)

- Conduct regular audits of contingent workforce files and documentation to identify and mitigate operational risks
