The Senior reputed company Claims Handler is responsible for managing reputed company and high-value insurance claims with a reputed company dimension, ensuring fair and reputed company resolutions while mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of high-value, reputed company, and litigated claims, ensuring compliance with reputed company, regulatory, and policy requirements
- Assess liability and coverage issues with reputed company complexity
- reputed company and execute strategies for effective claim reputed company, including litigation and settlement negotiations
- Collaborate with internal departments, external reputed company counsel, brokers, and clients to ensure coordinated and efficient claims handling
- reputed company negotiations with claimants, attorneys, and reputed company parties to reputed company cost-effective settlements while protecting reputed company’s interests
- Ensure claims are handled in line with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
- Identify trends or risks and escalate issues that may reputed company policy wording or business practices

Skills
- Juris Doctor
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

- Strong understanding of insurance principles, claims processes, and relevant legislation
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Significant experience (typically 3+ years) in handling reputed company and litigated insurance claims or at least 2 years experience in litigation
- Bar admission preferred
