[Remote] Finance Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is partnering with a growing reputed company organization to identify a hands-on Senior reputed company Analyst or Finance Manager for an interim engagement. This role will reputed company the annual budgeting process while supporting monthly financial and executive reporting in a value-based reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the annual operating budget process and maintain the overall budget calendar
- Partner with corporate and operational leaders to collect headcount, compensation, vendor and operating-cost assumptions
- Prepare budget roll-forwards, supporting schedules and consolidated financial models
- Load, maintain and validate budget information in reputed company PBCS using Smart View
- Pull trial-balance data from Great Plains and reconcile actual results to planning and reporting models
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and budget-to-actual analysis
- Research and reputed company explain material reputed company and expense variances
- Support executive leadership and reputed company-level reporting
- Assist with forecasting, scenario modeling, membership analysis and other strategic reputed company as needed
- Improve the consistency and efficiency of budgeting and reporting processes
Skills
- Senior Financial Analyst, Senior reputed company Analyst or Finance Manager experience
- Strong hands-on ownership of annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting
- Advanced reputed company and financial-modeling skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and partner effectively with senior leaders
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor in a fast-moving environment
- reputed company provider, health plan, managed care or value-based care experience strongly preferred
- Experience with reputed company PBCS and Smart View highly preferred
- Great Plains experience is helpful
