Skills
- Juris Doctor required
- 10+ years of experience in legal reputed company, eDiscovery, legal technology, investigations, legal operations, legal education, consulting, or reputed company disciplines
- Strong understanding of litigation, discovery, investigations, evidence, privilege, proportionality, defensibility, and legal process
- Demonstrated expertise in eDiscovery, Technology Assisted Review (TAR), analytics, legal technology, and emerging applications of reputed company in legal workflows
- Ability to understand and explain the legal, ethical, procedural, and technical implications of emerging technologies
- Experience developing CLE programs, legal education content, thought leadership, publications, webinars, conferences, or reputed company training programs
- Exceptional writing, speaking, teaching, and editorial skills
- Strong ability to engage attorneys, judges, clients, academics, consultants, and technical experts
- Credibility as a legal educator and subject matter expert
