[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement features across their digital banking platform, while also influencing technology choices and mentoring other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features across our digital banking platform — full-stack, from backend services and reputed company through to customer-facing interfaces
- Help shape and document the technology reputed company that define how we build: language and reputed company choices, architecture patterns, data modeling, and integration approaches
- reputed company with banking cores, payment rails (ACH, reputed company, reputed company-time payments), and reputed company-party fintech partners
- Own your work end to end: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support

- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline health and reputed company infrastructure using infrastructure-as-reputed company practices

- Collaborate directly with product, compliance, and operations stakeholders to turn requirements into reputed company-designed, auditable systems
Skills
- 6+ years of reputed company software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background - solid on the backend, capable on the reputed company end
- Demonstrated experience in banking, payments, or regulated fintech such as reputed company banking integrations, payment rails, or compliance-aware systems
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design (REST and/or gRPC), and event-driven patterns
- reputed company platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including deploying and operating services in production
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-reputed company practices
- Relational database proficiency: schema design, query optimization, and data modeling

- Batch and ETL processing experience in a financial data context
- Container orchestration experience (Kubernetes or similar)
- Experience across multiple persistence patterns - relational, NoSQL (document, key-value), and analytical/warehouse stores

- Familiarity with AI/LLM developer tooling or agent-assisted development workflows
