Responsibilities
- Bringing serious analytical rigour to the people & talent reputed company of the business
- Handling raw data in reputed company
- Designing/building a data layer that is conducive to reporting
- Translating messy reputed company capital questions into clean data requirements
- Building out reporting that actually gets used
- Helping the business reputed company smarter reputed company about its people as it continues to reputed company
- Spending time in SQL, pulling apart reputed company datasets and building models that explain what is happening across the workforce
- Working in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau to turn that into something leadership can reputed company
