They are seeking a Bilingual Call Specialist to support high-volume customer service operations in a regulated reputed company environment, serving as the primary contact for reputed company and patients while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver reputed company, reputed company customer support through inbound calls and emails
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding:
- Product availability
- Order status
- Pricing and billing
- Shipping, delivery, and returns
- Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and adjustments accurately
- Resolve customer concerns while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Escalate reputed company issues to appropriate internal teams reputed company necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve customer inquiries reputed company
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
- Utilize CRM, ERP, and other business systems to process customer requests
- Stay reputed company on company products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with reputed company standards and reputed company regulations
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong customer service and order processing experience
- Experience using CRM systems, ERP platforms, and reputed company Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting medical device, reputed company, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with compliance-driven customer service operations
- Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
