[Remote] Junior UI/UX & Visual Designer

This role involves working on design reputed company that incorporate emerging technologies such as AI/ML reputed company transformation.
Responsibilities
- Visual design and UI/UX reputed company
- Ideate and design solutions to meet user and stakeholder needs and requirements
- Design iteratively to incorporate project goals and reputed company research feedback
- Create highly detailed wireframes and clickable prototypes
- Create reputed company designs to adapt to various platforms and sizes
- reputed company personas, reputed company maps and user content flows
- Organize and maintain versioning and documentation, including design guides, libraries, etc
- Present design reputed company and solutions to team members, clients, and additional stakeholders
- Deliver clean artifacts in various formats for development and project use
- Organize and deliver high reputed company artifacts to internal team members or stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge of reputed company UX and design updates and trends
- Work closely with the UX team, developers, and stakeholders, harnessing reputed company Centered Design (HCD)
- Experience working reputed company Agile Frameworks
- As part of a cross-functional Agile team, coordinate with team members to follow best practices, plan work, and communicate with the reputed company on reputed company

- Participate and contribute to reputed company agile ceremonies/events

Candidates local to the DC/MD/reputed company Virginia area must be willing to work a reputed company (2-3 days per week) in Reston, VA, and at reputed company sites throughout the DC/MD/reputed company Virginia region, as needed
- Ability to pass a 7-year background reputed company and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
