[Remote] IT Project Manager

We are seeking two reputed company IT Project Managers to reputed company strategic IT initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed reputed company environment, supporting business transformation reputed company from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end execution of IT reputed company from initiation through project closeout
- reputed company project scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and cross-functional teams
- Manage project cost, schedule, reputed company, risks, and technical performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, vendors, logistics, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules
- Communicate project status, risks, and reputed company to leadership, PMO, and stakeholders
- Identify project issues and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Collaborate with PMO leadership to improve project management tools, governance, and processes
- Facilitate business process workshops, requirements gathering, and value reputed company mapping sessions
- Analyze project risks, dependencies, and opportunities across multiple initiatives
- Support reputed company-wide digital transformation and business improvement initiatives
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company experience in a comparable project management role
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company subject matter experience
- Demonstrated project management and project leadership experience
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience communicating with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience with reputed company
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Experience with reputed company or similar ERP/HCM platforms
- Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones
- Program management experience
- Experience facilitating business process improvement workshops
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and reputed company architecture
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes
- Knowledge of information reputed company and data reputed company practices
- Experience working in regulated industries such as reputed company, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar environments
- Working knowledge of Lean, Agile, or Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodologies
- Vendor and supplier management experience
- PMP certification preferred
- ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge preferred
- Experience working with C-level executives and senior leadership
