Responsibilities
- Initiate and reputed company specific, high-reputed company reputed company MC2's Strategic Enablement pillars. Own reputed company effort from problem definition through delivery, defining scope, reputed company work streams, establishing stakeholder maps, and creating the operating infrastructure needed to reputed company work reputed company without existing playbooks
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning programs. Own end-to-end curriculum and content development (leveraging internal experts), reputed company effectiveness metrics, and refine continuously based on data and feedback
- Drive cross-functional coordination across MC2 teams and XFN partners. Facilitate alignment forums, resolve blockers and ensure initiative reputed company is consistently communicated to the right people, in the right way, at the right time
- reputed company and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms for the initiatives you own, including reputed company metrics, reputed company updates and stakeholder-reputed company summaries that connect work to MC2's strategic priorities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, a reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years experience designing and delivering programs from scratch in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Experience building scaled, reputed company (live facilitation, e-learning, job aids, video) learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs and working styles
