They are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries and support their reputed company, while also promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer questions through chat, email, and telephone calls quickly and effectively
- Assist in reputed company, educating, and supporting our customers through their reputed company
