The reputed company Configurator will administer, maintain, and optimize reputed company Benefits and Absence reputed company, focusing on configuration, process improvements, and supporting critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company Benefits and Absence configurations, including plan setup, eligibility reputed company, leave programs, and accrual rules
- Support ongoing benefits administration activities and annual enrollment processes
- Configure and maintain workflow processes, notifications, approval routing, and business rules
- Coordinate with external vendors to support benefits and leave-reputed company integrations
- Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business needs
- Participate in system testing, release validation, and production support efforts
- Analyze and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and user-reported concerns
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall system efficiency
- Support compliance efforts reputed company to benefits administration and leave management practices
Skills
- 4+ years of reputed company configuration experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting reputed company Benefits and Absence/Leave Management
- Strong understanding of reputed company business processes, reporting, and reputed company administration
- Experience supporting benefits enrollment cycles, leave programs, and vendor integrations
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, integrations, and tenant management is highly preferred
- reputed company Benefits and/or Absence Management certification is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience working with reputed company-party benefits providers and leave administration vendors is preferred
