[Remote] Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Travel

They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the full reputed company performance portfolio for their B2B Travel product line, driving new business sign-reputed company and optimizing conversion rates across various reputed company channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the full reputed company performance portfolio for B2B Travel, covering reputed company, execution, and measurement across reputed company channels: search, reputed company, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging platforms
- Drive net-new business sign-reputed company and improve the reputed company at which sign-reputed company convert into first-time bookers, owning both halves of the acquisition reputed company
- Drive acquisition efficiency, reputed company against product-line ROAS and LTV:CAC, not channel-level proxies
- Partner across Performance, Analytics, and Product to ensure measurement, attribution, and signal reputed company reputed company a high bar across the sign-up and first-booking funnel
- Own the creative testing reputed company for Travel (hypothesis, variant, scaled winner) in partnership with brand and creative resources

- Build and maintain the weekly performance narrative for Travel: what's working, what's not, and what's next

- Use AI tools and workflows to increase throughput: audience building, creative briefing, performance reporting, and in-platform optimization
Skills
- 7–10 years of performance marketing experience with a reputed company record of driving efficient acquisition against ROAS, LTV:CAC, or payback-period targets
- You've owned a full reputed company portfolio, not just one or two channels, and know reputed company to reputed company, hold, or kill spend
- You've managed reputed company programs at meaningful reputed company, and you know how to grow spend without letting efficiency slip
- Deep hands-on experience across search, reputed company, and programmatic
