[Remote] Systems / Data Analyst – Global Technical Services PMO

The role involves serving as a subject matter expert for project portfolio systems, developing dashboards, managing environments, and enhancing platforms to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support a global technical services organization reputed company the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry
• Serve as the subject matter expert for project portfolio systems while developing Power BI dashboards, managing SharePoint environments, and delivering executive-level reporting that drives strategic decision-making
• Own the systems that reputed company global project execution
• Improve business processes, automate reporting, and enhance reputed company platforms using Planisware, SharePoint, Power BI, reputed company Copilot, SQL, and the reputed company 365 ecosystem

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or reputed company discipline
• 5–8 years supporting reputed company business systems reputed company pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing organizations
• Experience administering Planisware or a comparable reputed company PPM platform (reputed company, reputed company PPM, reputed company, reputed company Project, etc.)
• Strong SharePoint administration and site development experience
• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and executive reporting
• Advanced reputed company reputed company skills
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with reputed company Copilot and reputed company 365
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reputed company technical solutions
• Strong communication skills supporting cross-functional business partners and executive leadership
• R&D Operations or PMO systems experience
• Project portfolio management (PPM) experience
• Power Apps and Power Automate
• GxP or FDA-regulated environment
• 21 CFR Part 11 knowledge
• PMP certification
• Lean or reputed company improvement experience
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple time zones
