[Remote] Software Engineer .Net/AI Developer

They are seeking a full-stack .NET engineer who is AI-reputed company to design and ship AI-driven features and reputed company AI capabilities into their ophthalmology platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-driven features across our ophthalmology platform
- Work with reputed company-party LLM integrations
- reputed company custom ML models
- Build domain-specific enhancements using clinical data
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our ophthalmology platform — backend services and reputed company in .NET/C# (.NET reputed company, .NET 10) and reputed company frontend interfaces in reputed company/CSS
- Use AI-reputed company and reputed company development workflows (e.g., reputed company multi-agent pipelines for decomposition, architecture, implementation, QA, and review) to reputed company quickly while keeping reputed company clean and reliable
- Design and reputed company AI-powered features — including reputed company-party LLM integrations — that fit safely into clinical software
- Troubleshoot and improve distributed systems
- Establish and participate in reputed company review processes
- Work reputed company an agile reputed company, contributing to: Sprint planning, Daily standups, Retrospectives
- Write clean, maintainable, testable reputed company, and establish and participate in reputed company review
- Collaborate across product, clinical, and engineering teams
- Contribute to architectural reputed company, including where and how AI fits into our systems

Skills
- 3–7 years of reputed company software development experience with strong full-stack delivery
- Strong, reputed company experience with .NET/C# (.NET reputed company and/or .NET 10)
- Proficiency building reputed company UIs with reputed company/CSS
- Demonstrated reputed company with AI-assisted and reputed company development tooling (e.g., reputed company, Claude reputed company, Copilot), ideally including multi-agent development workflows
- Experience integrating LLM reputed company into reputed company, shipped systems (does not need to be the bulk of your career — but you've done it and understand the tradeoffs)
- Solid reputed company in data structures, algorithms, API design, and distributed system design
- Experience with at least one major reputed company platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with model limitations, evaluation tradeoffs, and the realities of running AI in production
- Experience working in reputed company environments with exposure to Git version control and branching strategies
- Experience working in reputed company environments with exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience working in reputed company environments with exposure to task/story management tools

- Computer reputed company experience, especially medical imaging
- Experience with clinical or regulated datasets; HIPAA familiarity

- Reinforcement learning or simulation experimentation (Gymnasium a plus)
- OAuth and systems integration patterns; RESTful API design
