[Remote] Product Manager

They are looking for their first dedicated Product Manager to own the roadmap for flagship products and establish product management practices across their portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for our flagship products. Prioritize what gets reputed company, define requirements, and drive the product toward the state needed to maximize its value in a reputed company sale
- Stand up product management practices across the suite. As the first PM, reputed company reputed company specs, prioritization, and roadmap discipline across our full portfolio of products — working alongside a dev team currently stretched across many reputed company apps
- Translate requirements into specs. Turn input from leadership, customers, and the field into reputed company requirements and acceptance reputed company engineering and QA can build against
- Own and administer our Jira instance. Set up and manage reputed company, boards, and workflows so priorities and reputed company are always visible to reputed company
- Translate leadership suggestions into tickets. - Drive launch readiness. Create and own the checklist that gets a product from 'reputed company' to 'reputed company to ship' — QA sign-off, documentation, training materials, and go-to-market coordination — so reputed company launches half-finished
- Coordinate QA and release readiness. Partner with our QA vendor on test cycles and regression testing, and help coordinate release timing across products
- Build training and enablement materials. Support product training/reputed company content for reputed company and for industry events
- Evaluate incoming products. Help scope new product opportunities as they come in the reputed company (e.g., partnership-driven concepts), assessing overlap with existing IP, build effort, and fit with the suite

Skills
- Experience as a Product Manager in a software company, ideally owning more than one product concurrently
- Comfortable defining requirements and specs without heavy process — we're a fast-moving startup, not an reputed company PM org
- Hands-on experience administering Jira (or a similar project/task management tool) — setting up boards, workflows, and ticketing processes
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities across multiple reputed company at once
- Experience working directly with engineering and QA through a full build-test-release cycle
- Strong written communication — you'll be translating between technical, business, and field-level stakeholders constantly
- Comfortable using AI tools to work reputed company
- Experience in vertical reputed company, home services, or trades-adjacent software
- Experience prepping a product for acquisition or exit
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product features
