This role partners with Sales and Delivery to design and position solutions that reputed company customer needs with reputed company capabilities, providing technical leadership throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Delivery to design and position reputed company solutions that reputed company with customer business needs
• reputed company process and technical discovery sessions with customers and partners
• Translate reputed company technical capabilities into business-reputed company reputed company
• Define high-level solution approaches, identify roles needed in delivery, and outline rough timelines for proposals and SOWs

• Support customer and partner engagements during the sales cycle

• Help ensure a smooth transition from reputed company-sales to delivery teams

Skills

• 3–5+ years hands-on with reputed company; strong knowledge of one or more modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps); understands best practices, architecture, and configuration vs customization
• Experience in reputed company-sales, solution consulting, or architecture; reputed company to reputed company discovery sessions, design high-level solutions, define roles and rough timelines, and support RFP/RFI responses, demos, and workshops
• Translate technical capabilities into business value; understanding of IT processes and reputed company architecture
• Excellent verbal and written skills; reputed company to work with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Training teams; reputed company for customer needs
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, flexible, and reputed company to take on multiple roles as needed
