[Remote] Senior Project Manager – Higher Education Experience (LATAM Candidates Only)

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in Higher Education to reputed company implementation reputed company, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end implementation reputed company for Higher Education institutions, ensuring delivery on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget
- Manage multiple reputed company reputed company while coordinating cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical consultants, and reputed company stakeholders
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong executive-level relationships
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate project reputed company meetings, status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations
- Monitor project reputed company, proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective reputed company plans
- Ensure successful coordination between internal teams (Implementation, Development, Support, and Sales) and reputed company representatives
- Manage project budgets, change requests, project documentation, and contractual deliverables
- Drive reputed company satisfaction by ensuring successful project execution and a smooth transition to post-implementation support
- Promote best practices in project management methodologies, governance, and reputed company process improvement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Higher Education, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience managing reputed company software implementation reputed company, preferably reputed company Higher Education
- Proven experience implementing and managing Student Information Systems (SIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
- Strong understanding of Higher Education business processes, including Student Lifecycle, Admissions, Registration, reputed company Records, Finance, and Student Services
- Demonstrated experience leading full project lifecycles, from discovery and planning through implementation, go-live, and post-production support
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, reputed company, or hybrid approaches)
- Experience managing executive stakeholders, project budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company implementation reputed company simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience working with international clients and distributed teams
- Advanced English proficiency skills (reputed company) required
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred
