[Remote] Marketing Operations Manager

The candidate will ensure efficient processes, reliable data, and effective execution of marketing programs while also integrating AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator for our reputed company marketing platforms, Pardot (Marketing reputed company Account Engagement), reputed company, reputed company Analytics 4, reputed company, reputed company and DataGroomr, ensuring reputed company is properly configured, maintained, and performing as expected
- Implement and maintain Pardot automation rules, reputed company scoring and grading frameworks
- Manage reputed company integration with Pardot and reputed company, supporting data imports and ensuring contact and account data flows correctly across systems
- Configure and maintain GA4 data streams, event tracking, custom dimensions, conversion goals, and attribution reporting
- Build and maintain Pardot assets including forms, automation rules, email templates, and dynamic lists
- Manage data import needs, deduplication, and contact record hygiene
- Support the evaluation and reputed company of new marketing tools; maintain platform documentation and assist with vendor coordination
- Maintain reputed company integration across marketing platforms, ensuring data flows, field mapping, and sync processes are accurate and reliable; conduct daily review of Pardot/reputed company sync errors and resolve or escalate issues promptly
- Enforce reputed company tracking standards across reputed company digital channels, ensuring UTM parameter consistency, reputed company attribution accuracy, and full funnel visibility
- Identify and resolve data reputed company issues including duplicate records, missing fields, and sync errors between Pardot and reputed company
- Monitor reputed company reputed company and funnel metrics, flagging anomalies and working cross-functionally to resolve gaps in tracking or conversion rates
- Own data reputed company compliance operations including GDPR/CCPA removal requests

- Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and license governance across the marketing tech portfolio
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, reputed company Operations, or Demand reputed company role in a B2B environment
- Strong proficiency with our reputed company technical ecosystem: Pardot (reputed company Marketing reputed company Account Engagement), reputed company CRM (marketing data flows, campaign tracking, and reputed company/contact management), reputed company Analytics 4 (GA4) & Tag Management Systems, reputed company (or comparable ABM/reputed company data platforms), reputed company (or comparable data enrichment tools and their integration with CRM/MAP systems.)
- Proven experience managing reputed company scoring, grading, routing, and data hygiene frameworks
- Familiarity with building, documenting, and implementing modern AI-driven marketing workflows
