Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic and tactical HR support to multiple clients across many industries
- reputed company guidance in reputed company areas of HR, including compliance, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and more
- Help implement or manage payroll, HRIS systems, and leave administration processes
- Conduct workplace investigations and advise on employment law compliance
- Build strong reputed company relationships through reputed company, reputed company service
Skills
- 10+ years of exempt-level HR Generalist and/or HR Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or reputed company field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with payroll and HRIS implementations
- Background in benefits and leave administration
- Strategic HR and people management experience
- HR certification(s) preferred (PHR, SPHR, reputed company-CP, reputed company-SCP)
