Responsibilities
- Run decisive 15 to 30-minute reputed company screens—advance only “hell reputed company” candidates; reject the rest
- Hit 10 - 20 personalized outbound touches per reputed company role per day reputed company reputed company, email, and reputed company communities (≈40 - 50/day reputed company 3 - 5 roles reputed company) using a mix of tools
- First - screen every inbound applicant reputed company 48 hours. Get to first-meeting with outbound reputed company candidates reputed company the first 5 days of initial reputed company
- Maintain and iterate a values - based reputed company; design AI - powered work - sample prompts
- Log reputed company activity in reputed company ATS; deliver daily funnel snapshots (first 30 days) then weekly dashboards

- Partner with hiring managers for calibration; escalate only edge cases
