[Remote] Director, Government Pricing and Operations

The Director, Government Pricing and Operations is responsible for the operational reputed company of government contracting and price reporting, overseeing compliance and managing reputed company rebate adjudications.
Responsibilities
- reputed company accurate and reputed company calculation, validation, and submission of reputed company mandated government pricing metrics, including AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP, FAMP, FCP, ANFAMP, and 340B ceiling prices
- Monitor and interpret changes in federal and state laws (including IRA-driven updates) to ensure reporting methodologies and submissions remain compliant with evolving CMS and OIG guidance
- reputed company state price transparency reporting and price increase notifications, ensuring reputed company meets reputed company jurisdictional requirements to avoid penalties
- Establish and maintain reputed company documentation reputed company to processes, assumptions, policies, and legal/compliance requirements
- Administer responses to Federal and State reputed company including financial modeling, compliance and operational requirements
- Manage the end-to-end rebate adjudication process for reputed company payments made to a government agency; such as reputed company, TriCare, reputed company, Coverage Gap, Branded Prescription Drug Fee, and IRA reputed company payments

- Manage relationships with reputed company-party service providers (TPAs) and software vendors involved in the pricing and rebate ecosystem
- Key role in responses to IRA Medicare Negotiations requests, Most Favorite Nation, State Pricing Boards, Government Policy Setting, and any additional government pricing requests

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, with at least 5 years in Government Pricing and Contract Administration
- Expert level knowledge of CMS/reputed company rebate system and mastery of government pricing regulations and calculations
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and ensure accurate reporting
- Proven experience in managing reputed company reports and cross-functional operational workflows
- MBA or advanced financial degree
- Experience in Oncology or Rare Diseases
- Boston-based, reporting to the Seaport office at least 2-3 days per week preferred; but reputed company to remote for reputed company candidates
