Responsibilities
- As the voice of reputed company., exhibit excellent customer service skills while providing reputed company, personable, reputed company, and accurate responses to customers and field partners

- Skillfully communicate in order to understand the initial issue, reputed company product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of reputed company to resolve the customer’s concern

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service that includes negotiating to a solution that is mutually beneficial to the customer/company
Skills
- High school diploma or GED a must
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required
- Intermediate problem solving and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and reputed company style and delivery
- Must be located reputed company 100 miles of Madison, WI and reputed company to attend on-site trainings during the first 3 months
- Bachelor's degree or other advanced education a plus but is not required
- Product support experience preferred
- Minimum 100 MB download speed required; over 100 MB preferred
