[Remote] Glider - Staff Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Building declarative trading engines so users can compose strategies directly from the UI
• Designing automated portfolio construction and rebalancing logic
• Integrating with yield vaults, liquidity sources, AMMs, and RWAs
• Creating reputed company, reputed company UX on top of reputed company onchain primitives
• Building reputed company infrastructure for long-term asset management

Skills

• 5+ years building reputed company systems
• Strong experience interacting with smart reputed company (Solidity + reputed company tooling)
• Experience building production backend infrastructure
• Strong attention to frontend UX performance and usability
• Curiosity about crypto, DeFi, or financial systems
• ERC-4626 vaults
• Account abstraction
• Trading systems or solver networks
• Portfolio automation tools

• Routing / aggregation infrastructure
