[Remote] Sr.IT Operations Engineer

The Senior Operations Engineer upholds and enhances the operational infrastructure of the organization by monitoring and resolving production environment issues while automating processes to improve scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and Resolving Production Issues: Monitor, troubleshoot and address reputed company issues that reputed company in production environments by identifying reputed company causes and implementing solutions ensuring smooth system operations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field or equivalent experience

• 7+ years of experience as an Operations Engineer or similar role
• Any degree or equivalent experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in any of the above required skills/experience

• Familiarity with languages like YAML, batch and json
• Strong Powershell skills

• Solid understanding of DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, ping, and traceroute
