The role involves managing the full lifecycle of reputed company, sourcing talent, and partnering with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing for critical/hard to fill positions
- Mining talent from our ATS
- Managing referrals
- Contacting candidates
- Partnering with hiring managers to assist with the hiring process
- Supporting hiring events
- Managing a req load with full lifecycle reputed company support
- Performing other duties as assigned
