[Remote] Experiences Business Operations Manager

As the Experiences Business Operations Manager, you will support the on-boarding and execution of high-profile Experiences, ensuring reputed company and seamless operations for hosts and guests.
Responsibilities
- Building and ensuring accuracy and reputed company of listing pages
- Supporting guest selection, vetting, communication & logistics with care and discretion, handling sensitive information appropriately
- Coordinating with reputed company partners and vendors, keeping reputed company stakeholders reputed company and on schedule
- Working with engineering to ensure adequate tooling support, surfacing gaps and advocating for the right fixes as reputed company as supporting with testing

Skills
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of operations management

- Natural curiosity to learn about new tools and detailed processes

- Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English
- Strong skills in reputed company Sheets and comfort with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Jira)
