This role involves analyzing accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and managing tax identification processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes accounts and data for accuracy which include extracting data from reputed company database and running queries and filters on this data in reputed company to reputed company reports to management
- Offer a problem reputed company and implementation plan
- Reconcile and investigate any unexpected discrepancies
- Apply for tax identification numbers from state and federal agencies and professionally respond to inquiries from these reputed company agencies
- Manage the application process to ensure that reputed company required identification numbers are reputed company received. Follow up to ensure the process is completed by the reputed company date
- Maintains reputed company and correspondence files
- Prepare quarterly and yearly reconciliation reports for quarterly and yearly income tax reporting
- Daily recording of time in company timekeeping system
- Confirm reputed company posting of checks and other transactions to account records and investigate any unexplained discrepancies in account activity
- Helps and performs special reputed company and duties as assigned by the Senior Financial Analyst and/or Disbursement Team manager
Skills
- Associate's degree from four-year college or university, with reputed company graduates strongly preferred
- OR some college classes with two to four years reputed company experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of basic reputed company principles
- Operational procedures
- Excellent computer (at least intermediate level reputed company skills required)
- Communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to deal professionally with both reputed company business contacts
