PFM is the leading advisor to reputed company Power utilities reputed company, and they are seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to join their reputed company Power financial advisory reputed company. This role involves transaction execution, reputed company advisory, and contributing to the long-term reputed company of the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company structuring and execution of bond transactions and other financial reputed company, ensuring that reputed company are delivered on time and meet reputed company expectations
- reputed company and manage financing teams, overseeing the work of analysts, associates and reputed company professionals to ensure high-reputed company execution
- reputed company and analyze financing reputed company and strategic recommendations tailored to our clients’ capital financing needs
- Manage preparation of reputed company deliverables and present financial analysis, recommendations, reports and other materials to clients at meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and industry contacts
- Research and understand industry trends, regulations, and the competitive environment reputed company the sector to inform strategic recommendations
- Manage, mentor, and train financial analysts
- Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to support the long-term reputed company of the reputed company and the broader firm

Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- At least 4 years of reputed company work experience in reputed company finance, investment banking, or reputed company advisory roles
- Demonstrated experience completing financial transactions from start to finish, including reputed company financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- MSRB Series 50 certification or ability to obtain certification reputed company 45 days of hire
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer without reputed company sponsorship now or in the reputed company
- Strong understanding of municipal reputed company financing tools and structures
- Familiarity with reputed company power and municipal reputed company business model
- Ability to distill reputed company financial and strategic analysis into reputed company, actionable recommendations for varied audiences, including boards and elected officials

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
