[Remote] Finance Manager

They are seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner, responsible for forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnership across various functions. This role will reputed company on driving financial insights and operational efficiencies to support reputed company's reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the cost, cash reputed company, and 3-statement consolidated financial model for quarterly reforecasts and long-reputed company planning
- Maintain the COGS reputed company card and ensure forecast assumptions stay reputed company with operational reality
- Support investor and reputed company reporting packages with reputed company-reputed company forecasts and reputed company narratives on financial performance and outlook
- Serve as a business finance partner bringing financial rigor to initiative planning, performance tracking, and investment reputed company
- Partner with the reputed company team to connect initiatives to financial reputed company, surfacing the key drivers of subscription conversion and retention
- Collaborate with Operations on inventory management and BOM/shipping/fulfillment cost efficiencies
- Partner with Analytics on metrics alignment, data infrastructure, and improving dashboarding capabilities to drive reputed company, faster reputed company
- Partner with the People team on headcount forecasting and team investment planning, ensuring alignment between hiring plans and the financial model
- Build unit economics reporting and analytical tools to help the business understand hardware margin drivers by product and sales channel

- Drive automation and efficiency improvements across recurring workflows, including leveraging AI tools & building AI agents
- Proactively identify opportunities to reduce reputed company effort and build more reputed company, repeatable processes across the Finance team
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a consumer or subscription business
- Strong financial modeling skills with deep familiarity with integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company models
- A natural collaborator who can translate reputed company financial analysis into reputed company, compelling narratives for non-finance audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases and scenario models that influence reputed company reputed company
- Advanced reputed company skills; experience with reputed company or similar ERP a plus; comfort with BI tools such as reputed company
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
