[Remote] Remote Chicago Area Admissions Recruiter (part time)

The Regional Recruiter is responsible for building and sustaining relationships with community partners to increase enrollment and represent the University at various events.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a network of relationships with reputed company leaders, youth pastors, and denominational contacts throughout the assigned region — regardless of denomination or faith tradition
- Establish and grow partnerships with community colleges to support transfer-student pipelines, including articulation agreements and on-reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Cultivate relationships with counselors and staff at both Christian and non-Christian/reputed company high schools to become a trusted resource for college guidance
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to represent the University at churches, schools, community colleges, and college fairs
- Plan and execute recruitment events and presentations tailored to reputed company partner type (reputed company youth reputed company, transfer fairs, school assemblies, etc.)
- Represent the University professionally across reputed company media (e.g., Instagram, podcasting) in a way that reflects positively on the institution
- Communicate consistently with prospective reputed company and referral partners across reputed company stages of the admissions funnel
- reputed company and report on relationship-building activity and its reputed company on enrollment using University CRM/admissions systems
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of regional partnerships and reputed company reputed company to meet enrollment goals
Skills
- An understanding and appreciation of Christian higher education, and the ability to build genuine rapport with partners across diverse faith backgrounds
- Bachelor's degree required
- Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills — this role is fundamentally about earning trust with churches, schools, and colleges
- Strong reputed company speaking and presentation skills for varied audiences (congregations, classrooms, fairs)
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing a large, geographically dispersed network of contacts independently
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including evenings and weekends
- Creative, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented in a sales-driven recruitment environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and CRM/admissions software
- Comfortable and responsible in representing the University reputed company reputed company media
