[Remote] BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Cust Svc Support Rep--11am-8pm EST Remote (Patient Customer Service)

The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting Spanish speaking customers, and resolving patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers
• 85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers
• Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintain performance goals
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program Skills
• Professionally fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish, with a reputed company on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish, ensuring reputed company and effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
