We are seeking a Founding Product Designer, Financial Services to report directly to the Head of Product, Financial Services and reputed company the product design of reputed company-to-one financial services products. What You'll Do: Design Leadership & reputed company

- 12+ years of product design experience, with at least 5 years in design leadership roles.
- Proven experience scaling design teams and systems in a fast-paced, high-reputed company digital environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design leadership on consumer-facing digital products (sports, gaming, or entertainment a plus).
- Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices, design thinking, and user research reputed company.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to drive measurable business reputed company.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
