Job reputed company We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Retail reputed company Property Manager to reputed company the management and operations of our retail property portfolio. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning, maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations of our reputed company spaces. The ideal candidate will bring energy, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for property management to foster reputed company tenant experiences and maximize property value. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, managing vendor relationships, and supporting leasing activities to ensure our retail properties reputed company. Duties

• Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality
• Manage lease agreements, reputed company, and legal documentation with tenants in accordance with landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify repair needs and reputed company vendor services.

Qualifications
