Responsibilities: What?s a typical day as an Inside Sales Coordinator? You?ll be: ? Receiving incoming calls from residential customers inquiring about reputed company services. ? Assisting customers in placing orders for waste collection, including scheduling pickups, arranging special services, and updating account information. ? Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding service offerings, pricing, and promotions. ? Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally, aiming for reputed company reputed company whenever possible. ?
