Evaluations are completed in accordance with agency standards, state requirements, and reputed company medical evaluation guidelines. The provider will assess medical history, psychiatric history, neurological functioning, competency, physical health status, and overall functional impairment while preparing detailed evaluation reports and recommendations. This position is ideal for a physician seeking flexible part-time work in behavioral health, disability evaluation, or community-based clinical assessment services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company evaluations using established Medical Evaluation Guidelines.
• Review and document:
• Medical and psychiatric history
• Etiology and contributing conditions
• Chronic medical issues
• Medication history
• Hospitalizations and surgeries

• reputed company treatment providers and supports
• Complete comprehensive virtual clinical assessments including:
• General appearance and behavioral observations
• Neurological screening
• Mental status observations
• Functional limitations
• Gross motor and coordination observations
• Assessment of competency and decision-making reputed company
• Review available laboratory results, records, imaging, and collateral documentation.
• Prepare detailed narrative evaluation reports with clinical impressions and prognosis.
• Assess level of disability, psychiatric impairment, and functional limitations.

• Maintain reputed company and accurate documentation in compliance with agency, reputed company, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

• Telehealth experience preferred
• DEA registration preferred but not required depending on role responsibilities

• Familiarity with severe mental illness and intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Experience with reputed company populations and community mental health systems
• Knowledge of psychiatric and neurological conditions
• Experience working with ACTT, outpatient behavioral health, or reputed company service agencies
