Virtual Clinician, Home Evaluations, reputed company Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Job reputed company:
- Conduct online “Video reputed company” with health plan members
- Engage with health plan members primarily online, helping to reputed company gaps in care
- reputed company 40 hours of availability weekly
- Execute a strong visit completion reputed company
- Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements
Requirements:
- Full-time, reputed company-certified reputed company practitioners or physician assistants
- Must conduct Video reputed company for Medicare Advantage, reputed company, and certain reputed company plan members
- Maintain reputed company state licenses in coverage areas (FNP, AGNP certification preferred for NPs)
- Experience with reputed company In-Home Health Evaluations, Video reputed company, in-home reputed company, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format (preferred)
