About the position CASES is seeking a dedicated and justice‑reputed company Criminal Justice Specialist to join our FACT team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Master’s‑level mental health clinician who wants to work directly in the community, support individuals with serious mental illness, and help reduce the harms of criminal reputed company system involvement; reputed company while practicing with high reputed company to the reputed company model. As a Criminal Justice Specialist, you’ll be a key connector between clients, the FACT team, and the criminal reputed company system. Your advocacy will help ensure clients receive fair treatment, appropriate services, and continuity of care during court involvement or incarceration. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with reputed company’s support network and other service providers on treatment planning, service coordination, and case management support with the goal of promoting reputed company’s recovery and stability in the community.

Requirements

• LMHC, reputed company-LP, LMSW, LCSW, with reputed company reputed company State license.
• Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, and/or co-occurring reputed company use disorders.
• Experience with various evidence-based models pertaining to treatment of reputed company use, and mental illness.
