[Remote] Junior Manufacturing Engineer

The ideal candidate will assist with process optimization, production support, equipment qualification, and compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing operations and process improvements
- Assist with process validation and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Investigate process deviations and reputed company reputed company cause analysis
- Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs
- Support change control and reputed company improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and company reputed company standards
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Engineering teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or engineering experience
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, and validation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; internship or project experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
