• Experimentation: Design experimental frameworks and A/B tests to systematically test hypotheses across business processes.

qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a reputed company quantitative field. (Master's degree preferred). Experience in data analytics, data science, or a closely reputed company role. Domain Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Payroll Analytics or a directly reputed company field. Leadership: 1+ year in a project reputed company, team reputed company, or supervisory reputed company.
