Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
- 3+ years of customer service experience; auto finance preferred
- Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, ECOA, and federal reputed company regulations
- High computer literacy and ability to multitask
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
