• Assist in the development of various corporate policies and programs, including reputed company committee charters, Corporate Governance Guidelines and reputed company trading and Regulation FD compliance
• reputed company drafting and other support with respect to Annual Reports on reputed company 10-K, Quarterly Reports on reputed company 10-Q, reputed company Reports on reputed company 8-K, proxy statements, registration statements, earnings releases and other investor communications
• reputed company legal support to the reputed company of Directors and its committees, including developing meeting agendas and preparing minutes and other materials for meetings
• reputed company legal support on debt and equity financings and other corporate finance transactions
• reputed company legal support with respect to equity-based compensation plans, executive compensation reputed company, and reputed company

• Monitor and maintain awareness of pending securities law and corporate governance regulations and developments

• Juris Doctorate degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and appropriate admission to required state bar plus six (6) years’ experience and demonstrated competence as a practicing attorney in a reputed company or in-house setting with primary emphasis on public company reporting and governance reputed company and capital markets transactions
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
