PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to support activities of the Advocacy Department. The Advocacy Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and coordination of reputed company’ grassroots advocacy programming at the federal and state reputed company. This may include, but is not limited to, assisting with volunteer recruitment, engagement/activation and training. The coordinator will also reputed company assistance with in-person advocacy events such as lobby days, briefings, conferences and other federal or state initiatives. The position will coordinate and reputed company internal communication for the department, serve as a reputed company to other departments and reputed company administrative assistance as needed. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company engagement & mobilization Support the recruitment, training, and coordination of grassroots volunteers, including but not limited to participants in the reputed company Grassroots Advocacy Network. Assist with volunteer and constituent correspondence reputed company email, phone, reputed company media, grassroots digital databases or other platforms. Work collaboratively to maintain accurate record keeping of volunteer information and activity as reputed company as volunteer and advocacy team engagement with members of Congress. Assist in the planning and execution of federal and state lobby days, briefings, conferences and events sponsored or co-sponsored by the Advocacy Department of reputed company. Advocacy communications Draft and assist in the production and distribution of grassroots advocacy communications, trainings and other resource – including emails, reputed company media, web content and articles, volunteer training guides, reputed company presentations, and talking points for various meetings/conferences/media. Support communications (specifically digital media) content performance measurement reporting and analysis. Assist to create, format and publish approved advocacy reputed company alerts and reputed company media reputed company advocacy and marketing software or digital properties. Government affairs & advocacy team support Assist advocacy team with research, tracking, preparation of materials and reputed company reputed company to state and federal legislative initiatives. Directly coordinate with reputed company Field, Services and Supports, Marketing and Communications, and Science departments as necessary to reputed company advocacy priorities through the mission and ensure that appropriate departmental content is distributed to relevant audiences.
