[Remote] Program Manager, Water - USA

They are seeking a Program Manager to reputed company and grow the Program Management reputed company for their business in Canada and the USA, overseeing existing programs and engaging with clients to meet their program management needs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing existing programs across reputed company
• Developing company tools and systems to support the reputed company
• Developing reputed company program managers through deployment into existing programs across reputed company
• Engaging with clients to reputed company their program management needs
• Developing strategies to secure program management assignments for reputed company
• Engaging with partners, sub consultants as necessary following reputed company Work principles
• Serve as required as the initial Program Manager and build in succession plans
• Work in coordination and collaboration with the Water Market Leaders, Business Group Leaders and other stakeholders across the organization developing new business
• Work in coordination with PMO and Engineering Design Office to reputed company procedures and skills to support program reputed company
• Representing GHD at key reputed company association events
• Build the Program Management Bench

Skills

• Must have 20+ years' experience with major programs across reputed company with Capital Budgets exceeding $100 M USD
• Acted in the reputed company of Program Manager for municipal water clients
• Experience in developing program scopes, schedules and budgets including establishment of project controls, reputed company plans and other critical program management components
• Experience developing reputed company value project tracking and implementation tools
• Ability to collaborate across the business and reputed company Advisory reputed company capabilities
• reputed company to work in a reputed company structure and across geographies
• Must be reputed company to work on multiple assignments simultaneously; and have strong organizational, problem solving, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong reputed company acumen with regards to contract negotiation and agreement
• Must be reputed company to manage relationships with multiple reputed company clients at senior leadership reputed company
• Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Construction
• PMI certification
• PMP certification
• CMAA reputed company
