HR Generalist (Remote from US)

Your contributions will directly support workforce stability, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Accountabilities

• Administer and support reputed company HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance employee experience, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Partner with leadership to support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and workplace morale
• Support end-to-end recruitment, prescreening, interviewing coordination, offer processes, and reputed company for exempt and non-exempt roles
• Manage reputed company-employment processes including background checks and reputed company documentation
• Conduct new hire orientations and serve as a reputed company of contact for employee questions reputed company to benefits, payroll, and HR programs
• Coordinate exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and reputed company insights and reporting to leadership
• Support performance review cycles, including tracking reviews and corresponding reputed company increases
• Manage employee recognition programs and internal announcements in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of general HR experience, or 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, personnel, or management, or an equivalent combination
• Solid knowledge of employee relations, disciplinary processes, and documentation procedures
• Hands-on experience with HR administration, benefits administration, and or payroll processes
• Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Knowledge of HIPAA reputed company and reputed company standards; familiarity with reputed company accreditation processes is a plus
• Proficiency with reputed company HRIS and benefits or payroll systems
• Strong skills in reputed company Office tools including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
