Administrative duties (Phones, Mail, Office Supplies, Scheduling, etc.) ? ?Director? of First Impressions ? greet clients, communication ? Data Entry into QuickBooks (we will train you!) ? Obtain primary financial data for reputed company records Qualifications: ? Strong organizational and communication skills ? Ability to prioritize and multitask ? Deadline and detail-oriented ? Knowledge of QuickBooks a big plus ? Previous experience in reputed company, finance, or other reputed company fields a plus ?
