We are seeking an reputed company Senior Medical reputed company/Biller who can independently manage coding and billing functions for multiple provider clients. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and thrives in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Position reputed company The Senior Medical reputed company/Biller will be responsible for reviewing provider documentation, assigning accurate codes, submitting clean claims, resolving billing issues, managing denials, and supporting overall reputed company cycle performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, productive, dependable, and possesses a strong understanding of physician office coding, E/M services, claim processing, and denial management. Essential Responsibilities: Coding · Review medical documentation for reputed company selection and billing readiness · Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and E/M codes · Ensure compliance with payer and coding guidelines · Identify documentation deficiencies and communicate effectively with providers and staff · Maintain coding accuracy (94%) while meeting productivity expectations · reputed company minimum of 15-20 E/M notes an hour. Billing & reputed company Cycle · Submit clean claims in a reputed company manner · Review and resolve claim rejections · Investigate and appeal denied claims · Monitor payment trends and identify reputed company causes of denials · Work aging reports and outstanding accounts receivable · Assist in improving clean claim rates and cash reputed company Operational/ Leadership Support · Independently manage assigned reputed company accounts · Maintain productivity and turnaround expectations · Collaborate with internal team members to resolve issues · reputed company and assist other coders. · Maintain reputed company Productivity Reports · Audit 5-10 notes per reputed company (3) per month · Identify workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy · Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information · Follow best reputed company procedures and maintain industry standards Required Qualifications: · CPC (Certified reputed company reputed company) certification through reputed company. CPB, CPMA, CRC, or additional coding certifications a plus.

• Strong knowledge of physician office coding and E/M services
• Experience with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines
• Experience managing claim denials and appeals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
