arenaflex is seeking a motivated, results‑driven Customer Account Support Specialist to join our collections team. This fully remote position offers flexibility while requiring availability for shift work between 8:00 am – 7:00 pm CST (Monday‑Friday) and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm CST on Saturdays. As a key member of our collections department, you will engage directly with customers, resolve payment delinquencies, and protect the financial health of arenaflex’s growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers with overdue payments, uncover the reputed company cause of delinquency, and negotiate mutually beneficial payment arrangements.
