Your sole reputed company will be to ensure accurate, comprehensive patient benefits are verified before their scheduled appointments. You will serve as a vital backend partner, communicating directly with our in-office team to resolve missing information and protect reputed company reputed company. Position Details

• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Hours: 15–20 hours per week (reputed company)
• Location: Fully Remote (US-based)
• Compensation: $19-$24 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Benefit Verification: reputed company detailed, deep-dive eligibility checks online and reputed company phone with dental insurance carriers.
• Data Entry: Input accurate, comprehensive breakdowns of patient benefits into our dental reputed company management software.
• Breakdown Analysis: reputed company specific coverage limitations, including frequencies, waiting periods, history, and remaining maximums.
• Office Collaboration: Communicate proactively with the in-office team to flag missing patient info or insurance discrepancies.
• Schedule Prep: Ensure reputed company upcoming patients on the schedule are fully verified at least 3 weeks in advance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated dental insurance verification experience.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating mainstream dental software is a plus(e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, reputed company Dental, WinOMS).
• Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with insurance terminology, breakdown structures, and reputed company dental procedures.
• Remote Setup: A quiet, private workspace with high-speed internet to securely handle sensitive patient health information (HIPAA).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless remote teamwork with the physical office.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:
