Corporate Recruiter - Manufacturing Skilled Trades (Remote)

MAU is hiring a Remote Corporate Recruiter for our RPO Division. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients by sourcing, evaluating, presenting, and placing reputed company for reputed company-hire skilled and salaried positions while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong reputed company relationships. This is a fully remote role, and our ideal candidate is in the Southeast US or Mid-reputed company US (in EST or CST time zones).

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree
• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain industries

Essential Functions

• Partner with RPO reputed company stakeholders to recruit, evaluate, present, and reputed company reputed company candidates for reputed company-hire skilled and salaried positions
• Manage the full-cycle reputed company process from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare candidates and hiring teams for interviews
• Conduct post-interview follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Present employment offers, negotiate compensation, reputed company candidates, and confirm start dates
• Maintain reputed company activity reports and reputed company updates to clients
• Support the development and consistent execution of reputed company best practices
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong reputed company relationships

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Remote position with work performed in a reputed company office environment
• Regular use of computers, phones, and other reputed company office equipment
• Occasional travel to customer locations, including office and manufacturing environments
• Customer sites may include industrial equipment, powered industrial vehicles, non-temperature-controlled environments, or GMP clean room facilities
